Scoot & Ride Highway Baby Plus Ride On & Scooter - Blue transforms from ride on to scooter with the flick of a wrist, no tools required.  This revolutionary design is suitable for kids from 12 months to 5 years as the height of the scooter handlebar is extenable. The easy push button conversion can be completed by most kids on their own once they are shown the action.
